Fifth Street Financial Group provides Risk Mitigation, C-Level Executive Compensation Strategies, Employee Health Benefits, and Exit Planning for small-to-mid size companies, including startups. We protect precious cash flow, provide needed benefits as revenue increases, and design compensation strategies for business transition.

As specialized business advisors, we help companies recruit and retain top talent and develop business and family succession plans. We take a holistic approach to planning by understanding each phase of the company’s life cycle and develop plans that are specific to that period, keeping long term objectives in mind. With this strategy, the company is best prepared for success as it moves from start-up to growth and ultimately to the maturity phase. The actions in each phase are designed to create a smooth transition as the company’s needs shift from protection, to benefits, to executive compensation, and finally to exit.

We provide new companies a wealth of resources and service referrals they need to build their companies, including HR/Payroll, Liability Insurance, CPAs, Business Attorneys for corporate entity formation, and Funding introductions in the Banking. Angel, and VC communities.

Finally, Fifth Street also assists individuals and families with their personal insurance needs; including life, disability, long-term care, and annuities, with an emphasis on estate and tax planning consideration.
